The Square OpenAPI exposes content publishing endpoints supporting hashtags and images. Apply via the Binance developer portal with KYC.
Three engineering details
① Use exponential backoff retries — occasional 5xx happens. ② Hashtag counts are capped; exceeding them gets rejected. ③ Run local compliance checks (forbidden-word list + rate control) before publishing — the API will not tell you why you got shadowed.
