Throttling is rarely bad luck. It is attributable and preventable.
Common triggers
Marketing terms (guaranteed returns, moon shots), high-frequency bursts, repetitive content, mass reports, non-compliant external links. Frequency + marketing wording is the most common combo trigger.
Prevention 1: pre-publish compliance filtering

Prevention 2: pacing
